MTN SIM Registration Tips
Q1. What if I don’t register my line?
A. If you do not validate your SIM Registration details , you will be barred from making and receiving calls. You will only be able to call our Call Center by dialing 180.
Q2. Why am I barred from making and receiving calls?
A. This is as a result of an NCC directive to bar all customer lines that have incomplete registration details on the network.
Q3. Why am I affected after I had registered my line when I purchased it?
A. This is because your registration information is either unavailable or incomplete and you will need to update your records.
