Android Emulators are the softwares which can help you to install Android Apps on Windows OS (other OS’s too). Examples of Android Emulators include Blustacks, Youwave, Andy, Genymotion, Windroy, Droid4X, Xamarin and a LOT more.But, I would suggest you to choose Andy as it’s the best in terms of features, control and other aspects.
This comes in action when you need permanent solution to your Android phone.Android SDK is an Android OS that can be used on PC.

It is about 250-300MB package file.Basically, in easy words, Bluestacks is a software that creates android type environment on your PC to play all the android apps(Including WhatsApp)=> When bluestacks installs completely, from search bar, search for whatsapp and do all the verifications that includes your google account that will be used in Play store.=> I recommend you to download APUS Launcher in bluestacks to make your bluestacks experience better.
